You are Welcomed here
Since I was a child, I always enjoyed making others feel cared for. One of my earliest memories was placing flowers on the steps of any new neighbors that came into my neighborhood, as a token of "I see you", and you are "Welcomed" here.

As an adult, the world of healing naturally found me. I have spent years under many hats and roles, helping people heal in many of ways. Throughout these years, I've come to realize the impact and importance of listening. Listening is a beautiful gift that allow others to feel seen and welcomed as they are. To release. I like to think of my listening as those flowers I once gave out as a child. A simple, yet meaningful gesture, of holding space for someone to safely land.

"You either take control of your life or it takes control of you. It’s that simple."
My Mission
As someone who has over 10 years of background within clinical mental health and healing services, the most common thing I've heard people say when seeking support is "No one listens to me". They feel they are not heard, or not allowed to just "take up space". This is especially true for Women and Femmes, LGBTQIA Community, BIPOC community, those living with disabilities and chronic illness, and other marginalized communities.

I've seen in both my professional and personal life, how helpful it could be to have someone 'just listen'. I realized throughout life, that sometimes you dont want to process trauma. Sometimes you don't want advice, opinions, or interruptions. Sometimes you just want an active listener, an open heart to release your feelings, or a thought partner to process through your ideas and decisions. That space is here!
